Year 4 Viking Day
What an amazing day we have had! Dressing up, terrifying raids, archery and blood curdling battles took place across the school. The children are sure to remember Viking Day for a very long time. Year 3 Roman Invasion
The Year 3 classes spent time making their Roman shields, and then had the opportunity to enjoy an ‘invasion’ with Mr Eyre. They had previously had the opportunity to hear some of the Latin commands, which one child from each class called out to their classmates. Their favourite command was forming the ‘tortoise’ or ‘Testudo’.
