Mr Eyre has been busy painting the backdrop for the winter production so it’s competition time. Everyone had to take a guess at how many tiny stars were in the night sky. The guesses ranged from 1 to infinity + 1000, with one child coming very close to getting it right, just 5 stars out

Roman Battle
Year 3 worked hard at making shields for battle day. They learnt how to march and work as a unit, using the correct commands and working as a team. Both classes had excellent Centurion leadership. They discovered how important it was to stay close to one another and keep formation.
Mill Lane Partnership Sports Event
Pupils from across Key Stage Two competed in this year’s Partnership Sports event on Tuesday evening, hosted by Mill Lane Primary School in Chinnor. The children competed against other schools within the Thame Partnership in a series of races, including skipping, sprinting, egg and spoon and obstacle. Sports Day
Pupils from across Keys Stages One and Two have taken part in their annual Sports Day! The morning started with KS2 competing in their houses in Elms Park, before the competition moved into the school grounds for the KS1 event. Sports Week
As well as our Sports Day events, this year’s JHS Sports Week saw children participating in lots of different sports and activities throughout the week. These included some sessions being run by some external coaches in cricket, karate, zumba, tennis and football, which the children all got stuck into and thoroughly enjoyed! Our Year 6
