The Making of Harry Potter Tour
The Year 6 all went to Warner Brothers Studio to see the making of Harry Potter. The journey by coach was very quick, taking only 45 minutes. Year 4 Viking Day

Year 3 Roman Invasion
The Year 3 classes spent time making their Roman shields, and then had the opportunity to enjoy an ‘invasion’ with Mr Eyre. They had previously had the opportunity to hear some of the Latin commands, which one child from each class called out to their classmates. Their favourite command was forming the ‘tortoise’ or ‘Testudo’.
180 Bags of Joy!
John Hampden Primary School children and parents are bringing joy to refugee children in northern France this week. The school ran a Christmas Appeal entitled “50 Bags of Joy” with local group Bread and Roses for Refugees.
