Pupils in Year 6 have had a fantastic and magical day at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in Watford, exploring the making of Harry Potter! To say they were excited is an understatement! Viking Day
The Year 4 children of John Hampden School had the wonderful experience of being a Viking for the day. The children dressed in fabulous costumes, got to use a range of deadly weapons (foam based) and even took part in a terrifying raid. The day started with a visit from Monk Athelstan. He told the
South Oxfordshire Rugby Tournament
The school’s rugby team won the tournament, winning every game in style. They now qualify for the Chairman’s Cup.
Lunch at Prezzo’s
The children had a fabulous time at Prezzos – what a treat! On behalf of all the children and staff we would like to thank Prezzo’s staff again for a lovely couple of mornings out!
Speak Out Stay Safe Fun Run
Following on from our NSPCC assembly a few weeks ago, the whole school took part in a sponsored fun run around the 1 mile circuit to raise money and awareness for the NSPCC charity. It was team effort as the older children collected their buddies and accompanied them on the fun run, encouraging them to keep going. Everyone
