Our JHS squad of 48 children from across KS2 have competed in this year’s School Games Cross Country event at the Oxford Spires Academy!
The event was attended by lots of schools from across the Oxford City & Thame area, with more than 100 children taking part in each race. All of our children did an incredible job and showed huge amounts of determination, sportsmanship and support for each other – a massive WELL DONE to everyone who took part!
Congratulations to our Y3/4 and Y5/6 boys’ teams, who both finished 1st in their races, our Y3/4 girls, who finished 3rd, and our Y5/6 girls, who finished 5th! Brilliant performances from you all!
Some notable individuals who finished in the top 10 in their races included:
Daniel (6th), Seth (7th), Zac (9th), Samuel (10th), Angel (7th), Noah (8th), Elias (10th) and Edie (8th).
