On 13th November, children from across Key Stage Two competed in the Oxford City Cross Country event at Oxford Spires Academy. The squad raced against teams from ten other schools and were a real credit to JHS throughout the day: they put huge amounts of effort into their own races and really supported each other. Our Y5/6 teams both came 3rd in their events and only just missed out on places in the county finals. Our Y3/4 teams both came 2nd which means they will progress to the next level of the competition and represent JHS in the county finals in the Spring terms.
